Refund, Shipping, & Returns Policy

Overview

Orders are filled Monday – Friday. Any order placed after 3 pm Friday – Sunday will ship the following week

Refunds

If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date and will refund the amount of your returned item(s). 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Shipping

There is a flat rate shipping fee of $3.00 on all U.S. domestic orders. (excluding HI, AK, and U.S. territories and commonwealths) (Valid only for shipping within the continental United States, based on after coupon/discounts pre-tax order total.)

International Shipping

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Everyday with Christian is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. In the event, the customer refuses their package, all charges related to the refused order will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Any costs, duties, fees, or taxes cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
